I helped design Táximo’s business model / value proposition from scratch. Our team used a combination of human-centered design (HCD) and management consulting principles to uncover the vast needs and opportunities in Latam’s informal taxi and ride-sharing industry. Serving a market where vehicle ownership is not the common case, Táximo is a data-driven vehicle leasing solution — allowing drivers access to a vehicle and thus a powerful source of income.
